The Senior Associate, Financial Stewardship will be primarily responsible for managing the implementation of University-wide financial stewardship programs and donor relations initiatives. This position is one of three planned positions that will report to the Director of Scholarship Engagement & Financial Stewardship.
The Senior Associate will implement financial stewardship reviews and develop reporting mechanisms designed to inform and promote strategic utilization of donor associated accounts. The incumbent will also manage the endowment mailing and specialized donor reports. This position will monitor and maintain the Advance database upload, entry, and reports associated with financial stewardship programs and initiatives.
Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills, organization, prioritization and project management skills are required for this position, as well as the ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and technical ability. Travel, evening and weekend work may be required. Applicants from or who have experience with underserved and/or diverse populations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required 2 or more years of experience in accounting, budgeting, and/or work involving project management is required.
