University Communications and Marketing is seeking a Advertising Campaign Manager (ACM) to serve as its primary point of contact and facilitator for the Universityâ™s media buyer and campus partners to support the institutionâ™s reputational and academic program advertising objectives for the 2019-20 academic year. Specific tasks include: facilitating communication, tracking deadlines and deliverables, monitoring of production traffic flow, tracking of KPIs and related reporting, managing creative approvals, and quality assurance.
Prior experience working in an agency or in-house marketing environment in a coordination, media buyer and/or analyst role is required.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a primary point of contact and facilitator for the Universityâ™s media buyer in support of overall reputational and academic program advertising objectives for the 2019-20 academic year
Develop creative project briefs based on campaign goals and work with external and internal teams to create assets based on planning needs
Project management duties
Initiates and facilitates all necessary tasks to successfully manage projects from start to finish in collaboration with media buyer and other available resources.
Ensures advertising project deadlines are established and communicated to the appropriate parties, then monitors progress, proactively communicating changes as needed
Ongoing administrative responsibilities
Track deadlines and deliverables
Monitor production traffic flow
Tacking of KPIs and related reporting
Managing creative approvals
Ensure a consistent and high level of quality at all stages of project
Document preparation for meetings
Primary responsibility for recaps, documentation and archiving of information (e.g. on Google Drive, Workzone)
Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing and Analysis on status of activities and workflow
A minimum of two years working in an agency or in-house marketing environment in a coordination, media buyer and/or analyst role
Working understanding of content marketing, SEO, paid advertising (SEM, digital programmatic, paid social), analytics, email marketing, marketing automation and landing page optimization.
Digital marketing certifications, any/all of Google AdWords, Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Hubspot, etc.
Prior experience in a higher education administration and/or marketing
Performs other duties as assigned.
