Trinity Christian College seeks a full-time Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for graphic design and publication project management, including pre-press, layout, design, and production interface with vendors and print centers. Coordinates the production of marketing material and publications from concept to completion, working with many different departments on campus as internal clients. Designs and executes the creation of assets for print, web, display, and various forms of digital media.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Design, create, and lay out printed publications and graphics for distribution or display
Design and create digital graphics and assets for web and video
Meet with administration and department heads to discuss, receive, and understand design project requirements and objectives, and present completed designs for feedback and approval
Coordinate and collaborate with appropriate faculty, staff, and administration to complete projects to the satisfaction of the client
Assist in identifying and evaluating vendors and external resources as needed
Lead the collaborative process of maintaining, modifying, and proposing changes to Trinity’s living brand book for internal and external use
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting required deadlines
Participate in and contribute to creative planning and strategy sessions

Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
Expert level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Strong knowledge and experience working in editorial, display, and digital design
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work independently to achieve assigned goals and deadlines
Highly organized with a strong focus and detail oriented
A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field and minimum 5 years of professional experience working and creating as a graphic designer are required.
