The VP of Facilities is responsible for the planning and implementation of all capital construction projects within existing Live Nation US Concert Venues. In this role, you will prepare and maintain a five-year capital spending plan and assemble and coordinate the annual capital expenditure budget for approval by executive management. You’ll prepare, review and integrate planning and construction policies and procedures in accordance with Live Nation’s business needs and directives. You’ll also develop a system of review and oversight to ensure compliance with long term objectives.

Responsibilities: •Manages and supervises all phases of assigned projects. •Develop and maintain a five-year capital plan for all US Concerts owned and operated venues. •Responsible for leading an internal team as well as design and construction management teams. •Develop and coordinate annual capital expenditure budget. •Respond to any potential venue issues (structural, sound, ADA, etc.) and develop an action plan to resolve the issue. •Manage the development of venue construction policies and procedures and implement oversight to ensure compliance. •Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Construction Management
Minimum 10 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
3 or more years working on venue related build outs, expansions and/or improvements.
Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
