CallisonRTKL seeks a Senior Workplace Strategist to join our growing Strategic Consultancy practice. The individual will work with the strategic services team to deliver strategic planning, pre-design services, and change management for organizations that are looking to shift or define their workplace and/or real estate strategy.
The ideal candidate is highly team oriented with strong analytical and communication skills and a positive attitude. This individual is a confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with clients and internal team members across disciplines. In addition, this individual is comfortable analyzing large data sets and has a proven ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
This position requires working as a part of a larger team, running small teams, and also working independently. Often tending to multiple fast-paced projects at once, the ideal candidate is highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills and a proven ability to process and document complex information.
Completes project work for multiple service types
Leads client-facing strategic planning and change management activities
Designs and conducts research and data collection activities while contributing to the development and refinement of practices and tools
Analyzes or supervises analysis of data to interpret research findings, identifying and communicating findings clearly and concisely
Collaborates and coordinates with team members across disciplines to deliver an excellent client experience
Prioritizes and concurrently services multiple projects
Leads and assists in creation of proposals, client presentations and project deliverables
Makes project presentations to client groups and managers
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Urban Planning/Design, Sociology, Psychology, Business or related field
4+ years of related Interior Design experience
Strong interpersonal skills, able to interface with clients and colleagues while positively contributing to the studio culture
Strong analytical and problem solving skills including ability to process and manage complex data sets
Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills including client's group presentations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud) and/or Affinity
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Affinity
Experience with quantitative analytical software including Access, SPSS, SAS preferred
LEED Accreditation required within one year of hire
Change management certification preferred
Certification, accreditation or licensure in relevant field preferred
Maintains effective communication with project team members
Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
10-20% travel is required
