The Salesforce CRM Manager serves as a key member of the admissions team. This position must have a solid business process acumen and possess exceptional attention to detail. The primary responsibility is to provide management, oversight, reporting and organization for the Salesforce CRM (Enrollment Rx) used by the Admission Office. The position is a key contributor to enrollment targets university-wide. It is based at the MCPHS Boston main campus does require some travel to regional campuses in Worcester, MA and Manchester, NH.Responsibilities: Ensure that the Salesforce system meets the functional needs of the department in meeting enrollment targets for all programs Work with Information Services to maintain and monitor timely and accurate data flow between the Salesforce CRM and the Student Information System (Ellucian Colleague) Develop and provide regular reports and data analysis related to recruitment and application data Create views, manage dashboard reporting, run reports, monitor and ensure data integrity Assist with bridging the gap between units in resolving CRM usage issues Facilitate training sessions, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. Training sessions would be held on all three MCPHS campuses Responsible for ongoing user support and training Oversee imports of new applications into the CRM daily from multiple external application vendors Support users with the Mogli text messaging platform Represent the Admission Office and its needs at broader CRM and technology meetings Other related projects as assigned Assist with on-campus enrollment events Requires some travel to regional MCPHS campusesAdditional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications:Required: Bachelor?s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years relevant and progressive experience A valid driver?s license Demonstrated success as a member of an admission team in the higher education or private secondary setting as well as a solid working knowledge of student recruiting, student records management, enrollment operations and admission process Higher Education experience preferred Experience and familiarity with database management and Salesforce, and proficiency with MS Office suite Experience and familiarity with research and analysis of data and the ability to design, produce and interpret statistical data for admission Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills Strong project management skills Occasional evening and weekend hours are required Must be goal or results-oriented Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to fulfill job requirements in a fast moving, high-energy area and ability to meet deadlines while demonstrating great attention to detail Ability to multitask and effectively function in a fast-paced and team enviromentDesired: Salesforce certificationMCPHS offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits that includes a substantial contribution toward the cost of medical and dental insurance, generous time off benefits, and a significant pension plan contribution.
