Under the direction of the Executive Assistant to Vice Chancellor, University Advancement, the Planned Giving Coordinator provides high-level administrative support and project management to the Senior Executive Director and Directors of the Planned Giving Team. The Planned Giving Coordinator must have the ability to work collaboratively with advancement colleagues, and interact effectively with staff and prospects. Areas of responsibility include: office management, donor and development officer event coordination, donor relations, prospect management, record and database management including research and analysis for the Senior Executive Director and Directors.
