About the Department Group Brand is the custodian of the UOB brand and the governor of our Corporate Identity. Through Brand Strategy & Insights, Activation, Governance and Initiatives, we address the art of branding in an objective, logical and scientific manner. Our goal is to lift brand perception and value - to elevate UOB to an Asian brand name known globally, for our time-tested business philosophy and values. In this role, you will be part of the Brand Activation team within Group Brand. The Brand Activation team guides the implementation of the UOB Brand across the breadth of the organisation's business in order to lift the value and perception of UOB across our key markets. The team will achieve this through the building of internal and external partnerships, fostering employee brand pride and driving positive perception of the UOB Brand through not just what we say, but what we do.Through collaboration with key stakeholders within and outside the Group, the team ensures the continued relevance of the brand in answering the needs of the business and the market. The AVP will actively support the Brand Activation track leads in their respective projects from planning to implementation in an end-to-end manner. The role is largely grounded on two key activation pillars of Group Wholesale Banking and Group Human Resources, as well as one stream of internal activation.
Job Responsibilities Overall
Provide value-added partnership and support to the track leads in the delivery of brand-in-business objectives for the Brand Activation team and Group Brand overall, in Singapore and the region.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with business stakeholders and countries to facilitate project delivery.
Guide the creative and media agencies in creating best-in-class work against a clear brief.
Ensure a timely and stringent review-and-clearance process with Brand Governance.

Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in Brand and/ or Marketing roles
Excellent project management skills to ensure that the work is delivered on time and on budget

Able to work well with change and multi-task, whilst staying focused on delivering the desired outcomes
Creative, driven and articulate
Enjoys the process of problem-solving and working with various stakeholders across the organisation as well as external partners to achieve a collective goal
