The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing strategy for all associated businesses in the markets the role covers. The scope of marketing initiatives will range from brand building, product marketing, to client communications and engagement through in-person events, and across offline and digital channels. Besides strong marketing and implementation skills, the role will also ensure compliance of all activities with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
This position will require strong fund industry and marketing knowledge and experience, strategic thinking, and solid implementation skills. With the evolving technology trend and customer needs, the candidate shall have digital knowledge and experience and contribute significantly to the digital strategy and related initiatives.
Assist in developing marketing plan in consideration of market landscape, challenges and opportunities, business and marketing objectives
Manage and execute marketing initiatives across in-person, offline and online channels that contribute to marketing objectives
Promote our intellectual capitals including our thought leadership, investment capabilities and product solutions
Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify actionable client insights to improve client experience and loyalty
Adopt data-driven marketing approach and optimize digital and social channels to achieve business and marketing objectives
Evaluate marketing effectiveness against plans, KPI, and budgets for continuous improvement
Ensure processes and practices for all marketing activities are aligned with the required governance framework to manage and mitigate risks
Collaborate with different teams within Marketing, Business and other functions to implement and optimize impact of marketing initiatives
Drive marketing strategies and impact across offline and online including mobile channels and other interactive channels.
Manage digital campaign, drive and implement digital and transformation initiatives
Contribute to marketing efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging on global/regional capabilities and optimizing local resources
Support initiatives for markets within the region and/or across the globe as and when required
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related degree
Minimum 10 years' all-rounded marketing experience with a global leading investment management company or financial services company
Strong marketing skills across strategies and channels
Strong digital experience and expertise
Strong understanding of the investment or the mutual funds industry in China
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Proven experience in data-driven marketing and driving digital strategy
Ability to think strategically while strong in execution and dealing with details
Demonstrate positive energy and ability to solving complex problems effectively
