Designs and manages large-scale clinical quality programs, training modules, and pilot projects. Oversees physician compliance, requirements and audits as mandated by the federal government and medical specialty societies. Manages all aspects of projects to ensure they are completed on-time and within budget. Manages scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and all deliverables to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures. Provides leadership and direction to manage multiple assessments concurrently while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Identifies the goals, objectives, requirements, and limitations of each project. Plans, executes and controls the tasks, phases and deliverables of the project based on identified project goals and objectives. Closes the project when completed and captures the knowledge gathered. Plans, directs, oversees, and executes complex strategic projects for clinical radiology. Ensures that the design, training, documentation and prioritization objectives are met on time, within budget and in compliance with national standards. Manages strategic and academic initiatives, including drafting and editing a wide range of presentations, documents, communications and materials. Utilizes working knowledge of all facets of radiology clinical operations, including government incentive reporting, compliance, and national benchmarks to accomplish goals and objectives. Collaborates with clinical faculty and staff to support development and growth. Contributes in-depth, original thought and relevance to written reports and to the writing of abstracts and manuscripts. Represents the department on multiple committees on behalf of leadership. Provide detailed information and written reports for decision-making and planning. Creates and contributes in the development of clinical business proposals, with the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate operational plans. Designs, develops, and executes communication systems, presentations, and annual reports to ensure effective exchange of information between project stakeholders, senior management, faculty and staff. Designs all Quality & Safety Programs, including OPPE & FPPE reporting and data for the Department in collaboration with Vice Chair of Quality & Safety. Generate and analyze data that monitors clinical metrics, peer review cases and physician re-checks. De-identify data, perform queries, and prepare high-level reports and presentations for Departmental meetings. Requires understanding of PeerVue and expert knowledge of excel software. Represents Department at related meetings and discussion groups. Communicates with stakeholders and other appropriate parties to ensure that business requirements are being met and initiatives are completed to specifications. Creates, edits, and oversees communications and presentations, and provides quality management to ensure accuracy and consistency in information.
