The Office of the Dean in the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences is seeking a Project Coordinator to perform a variety of project management and communication support on the Humanities Engage: Reimagining Humanities Doctoral Education grant.
This 42-month project will support graduate students in the Humanities through the Office of Graduate Studies. The incumbent will create project plans to support the grant, handle all communications, and provide day to day administrative support. This includes scheduling, managing event logistics, managing data, maintaining accurate records and detailed financial reports related to the project. The incumbent will be responsible for benchmarking, assessment, and overall grant evaluation, as well as researching, compiling, and drafting recommendations in proposals and reports.

This position requires an individual with high organizational and communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred, 3-5+ years experience required.
Excellent computer software and analytical skills are essential. Excellent organizational, written communication, interpersonal, analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work under pressure, and prioritize.
