The project manager will oversee data collection between three different sites of research, including distributing the survey, identifying who qualifies across the sites, scheduling videoconferencing sessions, assigning research assistants to conduct the videoconferencing sessions, and conducting videoconferencing sessions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees data collection between three different sites of research. Distributes the survey, identifies who qualifies for the study, contacts qualified individuals to schedule videoconferencing sessions, assigns research assistants to conduct the videoconferencing sessions, and conducts videoconferencing sessions. Supervises all paid and volunteer student research assistants.
Manages the participant payment portion of the budget for the project. Keeps PI updated of discrepancies and/or potential to overspend.
Assists the PI with building surveys in Qualtrics.
Assists with IRB applications, writing results for conference presentations or publications and assisting with literature searches.
May assist with data cleaning in statistical programs such as SAS, SPSS, R, or STATA. May be asked to complete statistical analysis.
Performs other related job duties as assigned by the Principle Investigator.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, math or other related fields in the natural sciences.
Minimum 1-year of experience with recruiting for studies, managing studies, data cleaning, survey programming, and running statistical analysis. Previous research experience is required.

Ability to work and maintain extreme organization skills;
Ability to problem solve quickly and independently;
Ability to function within a complex and highly collaborative administrative structure;
Ability to work on campus during standard business hours;
Ability to be flexible with hours is mandatory. Occasional evening and weekend hours will be required.
Ph.D. student, preferably in psychology, math, or other related field.
