How will I help?
Working on a financial crime program, you will work across all delivery teams supporting the Program Director and Senior Project Manager in tracking and reporting on all work streams.
Key responsibilities are in proactive risk, issue, and relationship management as well as comprehensive reporting and observance of governance standards and deliverables.
To be successful you will quickly build relationships across the program and work to understand the delivery model and priority and use your understanding to lead the successful end to end delivery of one or a few sub streams of the Program.

What do I need?
Proven experiences in a Project Management capacity within large, complex environments.
Financial Services experience
Strong stakeholder management / vendor management experience and working with senior stakeholders
Facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users
Presentation skills to high quality and speed: PowerPoint critical and other tools advantageous
A strong understanding of technology and business systems, strategically and operationally
AGILE, Waterfall and Project Management tool eg JIRA proficiency an advantage
Highly developed analytical skills
Builds effective relationships and assimilates information quickly
Leader - manages self and others to high quality and time standards
Driven to deliver - proven ability to deliver the best possible results for the organisation;
and shows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this
Team player one team mentality
Highly effective communicator, with strong conflict management skills
Able to use judgement within project execution frameworks
Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt and adjust to fast changing project environment, scope and delivery
