Design - establish and implement design capability including service design practice using internal and external resources; implement process/decision modeling program including deploying software, creating guidelines and ongoing governance
Modelling & Analysis- partner with technology to agree strategic technical architecture; establish best practices for all stages of data analytics lifecycle and support adoption x-LOB

As part of the Change Mobilizationteam, the Business Decision Management (BDM) center of excellence focuses onbuilding a best in class BDM capability to optimize and automate operationaldecisions across AWM using a Low Code approach.
Responsibilities High Value Automation Projects: As an experienced Business Decision Management and Modelingprofessional, you will work on critical projects, modeling the current andfuture state process model/decision models, optimization of models, conductinterview with key stakeholders to understand the process end to end, reviewmodels with controls and risk team, obtain sign-off from stakeholders andpublish the models.
Modeler: As an expert modeler, youwill also be required to follow the standard notations, version management, useof asset libraries etc. to build high quality models The responsibility willinclude providing guidance, support and training to other process modelers onthe standard notations and procedures, build standard dictionaries and assetlibraries, review and publishing of models.
Capability Building and ProductManagement: In addition to supporting key initiatives, you will drive thesupport and growth of the BDM low code automation capability, and center ofexcellence across all aspects. This includes partnering with and driving andTechnology strategy, developing and implementing governance and quality controlstandards, driving organizational change management, and integrating with otherlow code capabilities such as WF automation, RPA, etc. Key responsibilities include:

Continually look for opportunitiesto support the team's service offering with a focus on repeatable, scalable,exportable practices and tools
5 years of experience working low codeautomation capabilities and a deep understating of low code implementationlifecycle
Expert knowledge on BPMN, DMN, UML and otherprocess modelling frameworks
Experience with workflow automation, andassociated requirements documentation
Hands on experience with mapping and modellingtools using DMN and BPMN- example tools include Signavio, Camunda, Sapiens,Appian, etc.
Must showcase skills on process modelling,decisions modelling, creating asset library, optimization of process models,simulations and prototyping
Experience in designing, architecting, andoptimizing decisions models specifically for implementation
Must have expertise of process improvement andprocess re-engineering frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma. Yellow Belt or higheris a plus
Proven record of using process mapping andimprovement techniques to improve process and decision efficiency, andidentifying control gaps to improve overall operational capabilities
Ability to hold and independently drivestakeholder and working group conversations on project
Understanding of core concepts of dataanalysis, ETL, and management e.g. KPIs, KRIs, KGIs etc.
