The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
Support regulatory reviews.
Coordinate programme governance activities and support delivery of the programme.
Support effective communication and collaboration with programme stakeholders to ensure strong programme governance are maintained.
Plan, coordinate and prepare for governance meetings
Compile and circulate papers to ensure consistency of format and timeliness of circulation
Draft and distribute Committee meeting minutes and ensure timely and effective follow-up on action items
Maintain the PMO library including submitted papers and meeting minutes of various Governance forums
Support programme management and reporting in Clarity system and according to Bank standards.
Assist with the proactive engagement of stakeholders and management of expectations
Assist with reviewing the suitability of work stream updates and papers submitted to various Governance forums and enforce high standards
Assist with following up on actions and submitting papers to the relevant Governance Committees
Arrange key meeting and help the programme team be organized, including room and resource bookings
Support to resolve issues or escalate as appropriate to the Programme Managers and Director.
Research best practices and develop proactive approach to identify opportunities for further improvements and maturation of the PMO models
People and Talent
Support broader training and development agenda
Support effective implementation of risk management framework and highlight any issues in a timely manner
Coach Project Managers in the effective Risk Management
Active management of the risk profile across the assigned project/ programmes, working with PMO Lead and Project Managers with further escalation as required.
Understand the risk and control environment involved in area of responsibility and support rectification as required
Embed the Group's values and code of conduct, as it relates to the role remit, to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among employees form part of the culture
