Team Description Located in Singapore, the Singapore Treasury Service Sales teamis part of Global Corporate Bank (GCB) responsible for Singapore Local Corporatesportfolio, as well greater China names inbound into Singapore. Key role and responsibility involves managing existing clientrelationships and originating new business. The team works closely withvarious TS product areas of Core Cash management, Liquidity management, transactionFX, as well as Merchant Services and Commercial Card as part of broaderwholesale payments. The team is accountable for TS Sales initiatives to increaseJPMorgan's Cash & Liquidity Management revenues and bottom-linecontribution. This includes delivery of the firm for Singapore Headquartered corporateclient franchise and growing cross-border revenues.
Job Description Reporting to the Head of TS Singapore Sales, this position is partof the broader Asia TS Sales Team covering Singapore headquartered clients forSingapore and globally. The TS Sales Associate is responsible for providing salesrelated support activities to senior Sales Managers, client management, as well to manage a salesportfolio. This encompasses client and market intelligence for new and existingclients along with supporting the sales team's various requirements, such as:creating MIS, Know Your Customer (KYC), on-boarding, deal execution, preparingclient materials and other related matters. This front office position provides suitably qualified candidateswith an excellent opportunity partnering closely with Corporate bankers,Product stakeholders, Customer Service, Implementation and other functions todrive successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Support
Sales support for Sales reporting, client pitches, RFP/RFI proposals, industry analysis
Sales Pricing and Billing set up, to ensure clients are receiving agreed services
Preparation of client account plans, briefing memos and portfolio management reporting
Ownership of business and controls process for end-to-end Sales deal management process, client administration, deal execution and reporting needs
Support senior Sales managers for internal approvals, deal administration
Partner regional and global network of Treasury Service colleagues in support of TS Sales activities
Monitor Sales revenues, pipeline data in order to deliver reports to senior management
Partner internal teams in their client account planning process
Industry analysis. Conduct research on client portfolios and prospective clients. Provide fundamental research on current and target market sizing by region
Track market developments in the areas impacting Singapore headquartered clients, such as regulatory developments or market trends eg. eCommerce, Digital banking
Minimum 5 years Cash management experience in Client facing roles
Sales experience, Implementation or Client Service experience preferred
Able to operate in a matrix environment, working closely with GCB bankers to achieve business goals
Results oriented. Able to work under pressure within tight timeframes
Strong organizational, Time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, adaptable to effectively partner internal and client stakeholders
Degree in finance, engineering or related disciplines preferred. Professional Certified Cash management or AFP is advantageous
Aspire to develop the necessary sales and technical skills to ultimately assume a Sales role
Strong analytical, written and presentation skills
Mandarin fluency is preferable as this role also supports Greater China portfolio
