Responsible for optimizing, streamlining (with the goal of increasing the efficiency and reducing the costs) and increasing the robustness (risk controls) production processes (front to back) as well as the information and reporting systems. Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with various partners in Operations, Finance, Risk, and Information Technology teams as well as teams in Paris. Responsible for implementation of projects based on feedback by the regulators to ensure effective and efficient completion. Promote innovation and digital transformation of processes and systems. Serve as back up support for MIS and data management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field, 3 years of professional experience implementing feedback from regulators to develop and implement change management and digital transformation projects (including optimizing, streamlining (increasing efficiency and reducing costs), and increasing robustness (risk controls)) for production processes (front to back) and information and reporting systems at a global financial institution. Must also have all of the following: 1 year of professional experience collaborating with partners in Operations and Information Technology teams abroad to implement change management and digital transformation projects at a global financial institution; 1 year of professional experience using Vision / Mirror workshops and reverse brainstorming workshops for change management projects; 1 year of professional experience using Lean Six Sigma and Lean Management in the development and implementation of change management and digital transformation projects.
