The Regulatory Reporting team is organized into 6 areas based on their function:
Prudential Reporting team calculates capital adequacy based on Basel2/3 including Own Funds Requirement, Large Exposures and Leverage Ratio:
Credit Risk Reporting team covers the monitoring and reporting of capital, credit risk, CVA risk, large exposure risk and the leverage ratio which forms the basis of capital management decisions.
Market Risk Reporting team covers monitoring and reporting of market risk and monitors the trading desks' capital usage versus the assigned targets and supports traders with analysis of their portfolio.
Liquidity Risk Reporting team covers CRD IV liquidity related templates including LCR, NSFR, ALMM and Asset encumbrance returns
Statutory Reporting team prepares the annual and semi -annual financial statements of the company and liaises with external auditors.
Statistical Reporting team covers Central Bank for key monetary statistics, based on which important monetary policy decisions are made and also does liquidity reporting and Anacredit.
ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) Reporting team prepares annual regulatory reports assessing at a legal entity level the 3 year forecast capital projection under both base and stress case scenarios.
Controls and Standardization team develops standard control framework and ensures consistency of controls.
Regulatory Reporting System Implementation team is responsible for new systems development and implementation of new rules and regulations. Leads digitalization efforts and file optimization of Regulatory Reporting processes.
Financial Reporting Senior Analyst in the Prudential Reporting Team Your tasks:
Create and analyze various reports that detail important aspects of the bank's financials and risk profiles for the central banks, other regulators and supervisory bodies
Act as a trusted advisor for CFOs, Country Controllers, Treasurers in the region, providing guidance, best practices and support on audits or regulatory inquiries
Participation in efficiency and innovation projects on ad hoc basis by reviewing and developing current processes using advanced digitalization tools
Establishing and implementing standard control framework across supported countries
Review the work of junior colleagues
3-5 years of work experience in financial, regulatory or risk reporting / auditing roles
University/College degree in finance/accounting
Basel 3 highly advantageous
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
Knowledge of VBA, Python, SQL is an advantage
Excellent analytical skills
Good understanding of Accounting & Finance principles and Financial Markets and Products/Regulatory Reporting requirements
Advanced written and spoken English
