THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reinforce an effective and exemplary risk and control culture and further improve the quality of case execution.
Support the development, evolution and maintenance of the Quality of Case Execution in Financial Crimes Compliance.
Contribute to the generation and maintenance of relevant guidance and operating instructions.
Be involved in the continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to quality and efficiency within Financial Crimes Compliance.
Ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles by supporting stakeholders.
Perform knowledge gap analysis and provide pro-actively input to Head Case Excellence on Quality Issues and concerns including country-specific Regulatory & Audit emerging findings.
Take (co-)ownership of and timely escalate any Case Execution Quality issues detected by 1st, 2nd and 3rd line defence within Financial Crimes Compliance.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has at minimum a bachelor's degree.
Gained at least 8 years of experience in the financial sector of which 5 related to financial crimes.
Can showcase project management skills (specifically stakeholder management).
Dazzles us with strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation.
Is analytically strong and has ability to make decisions.
EU work permit is required
