Payments Risk TPRM/PRISM Reporting and Risk Management Professional
This office based position is primarily responsible for serving as a functional liaison between the line of business and the lines of defense specifically by:
Partnering with Relationship Managers, Risk Consultants, and other TPRM contacts to provide oversight of corporate and business directed third party relationships, working with contracting, onboarding, and facilitating new vendor relationships.
Managing BCI (Business Change Inventory) and PRISM (Product Risk Management) business changes and oversight of the product and service inventory that is affiliated with RCSA and ECRA, creating important risk reporting and data analytics, and performing quarterly audit reporting and validation efforts.
Maintaining an in-depth suite of risk reporting tools and metrics.
Interpreting a variety of data sets and analyzing to explain the true impact to the business and most important areas of focus and determining the action steps needed to address areas of concern.
Participating in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Identifying gaps and inform about solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
Serving as a functional liaison between the line of business and the lines of defense.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Seven to ten years of applicable experience
- Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services,
and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business - Considerable understanding of the business lines operations,
products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls - Considerable knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, process facilitation,
project management, accuracy and detail orientation, organizational, and
- Experience with BCI, PRISM, TPRM, and/or PSI (Product Service Inventory),
Archer eGRC and experience with reporting, data extract from Archer is
beneficial. - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages,
including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets,
databases, and presentations. Moderate to high level experience creating
pivot tables, charts, tables and graphs.
- Experience with Tableau and OneNote is a plus.
