The role of the Mobile Solution Architect focuses on architecture solution related activities for digital application on Mobile, Tablet, Web and Backend services. This will include, but is not limited to, mobile web solution architect, preparing solution document, the assignment of technical resources to projects/deliverables, management of technology solution, development of staff and adhering to formal performance management processes, ensuring timelines and quality of deliverables across a portfolio of technology initiatives. He/she should be responsible for performing POC (Proof of Concept) on new technologies available in market on React Native, React JS, Backend services etc for digital solution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Mobile Strategy Architecture Consultancy: Identifies, evaluates and recommends architecture solution design options, implementing if required.
Collaborates with, and facilitates stakeholder groups, as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements.
Seeks to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited.
Innovation: Actively monitors for, and seeks, opportunities, new methods, trends, capabilities and products to the advancement of the organization in Digital wealth management space.
Clearly articulates, and formally reports potential benefits from both structural and incremental change. Encourages and motivates colleagues to share creative ideas and learn from failures.
Conduct POC and analyze the potential implementation solution complexity for digital program.
Information security: Provides advice and guidance on security strategies to manage identified risks and ensure adoption and adherence to standards.
Obtains and acts on vulnerability information and conducts security risk assessments, business impact analysis and accreditation on complex information systems.
Investigates major breaches of security, and recommends appropriate control improvements.
Contributes to development of information security policy, standards and guidelines.
Digital Change and Transformation
Technical Modelling: Produces models in support of architecture, design implementation strategy.
Has in-depth knowledge of a broad range of industry-wide modelling techniques.
Advises on choice of techniques and approach.
Capable of developing bespoke models for unusual contexts.
Development and integration Database design: Translates and implements simple development project requirements into physical database structures.
Assesses proposed changes to object and data structures and implements these changes in physical databases.
Assists in database management system support activities for operational database systems.
Systems design: Recommends/designs structures and tools for systems which meet business needs and takes into account target environment, performance, security requirements and existing systems.
Delivers technical visualization of proposed applications for approval by customer and execution by system developers.
Translates logical designs into physical designs, and produces detailed design documentation.
Maps work to user specification and removes errors and deviations from specification to achieve user-friendly processes.
Programming/software development: Designs and documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications, and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result.
Delivery and operation Application support: Supports to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.
Change management: Assesses, analyses, develops, documents and implements changes based on requests for change.
Release and deployment: May carry out early life support activities such as providing support advice to initial users. Incident Management: Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures.
Skills and Quality:
Quality Assurance: Uses quality standards to review past performance and plan future activities.
Conducts audits of quality requirements and produces audit reports.
Monitors and reports on the outputs from the quality assurance and audit processes.
Good experience in Backend (spring, Core Java, Micro Service, Database, Java Patterns/Enterprise)
Exposure to interface (MessageQue/MQ, Integration, ftp messaging)
Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
Experience managing complex projects.
Strong team leader, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organisation, transfer knowledge and develop capability of team members, work in a fast-paced business environment
