Signature Bank’s dynamic Human Resources team is looking to hire a Compensation Analyst!
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, detailed oriented team player, who will support the Compensation Manager in all compensation related matters from job architecture and modeling, salary planning, compensation administration, merit and bonus payment processing, creating and editing job descriptions, job evaluations, bench marking analysis, salary structures and survey administration.
Primary responsibilities include:
Conducting job analysis, coordinating and collaborating with HR business partners in creating and establishing position leveling and job worth determination
Creating reviews and edits in all bank job descriptions for consistency and relevancy to the bank and the industry
Evaluating survey trends, researching, collecting and analyzing compensation practices, developing and documenting work flow processes and providing recommendation for grade and or grade leveling
Collaborating with internal partners including HR business partners and all levels of management on compensation related issues
Assisting the Compensation Manager with processing and administering merit plans and bonus stock awards in Signatures HRIS, Workday environment

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; strong communication & writing skills; Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, Power Point
