Summary: This is a Program Coordination role for tracking and managing our client's many building design projects using dashboards and other metrics / KPI tracking tools. This is program level dashboard tracking, not an individual project level. Therefore, knowledge and use of typical program level metrics or KPIs will be helpful.
Software Fluency Requirements:
Software Skills (mandatory) : Must demonstrate expert-level skill of the G-Suite tools, especially Google Sheets and sharing in Google Drive. Must have recent enterprise-wide experience with:
Google Hangouts / Google Meet
Other required software application experience:
Tableau or Smartsheet
Experience with any of the following: Google Analytics, Dasheroo, Scoro, Zoho Reports, Geckoboard, SimpleKPI, Bilbeo, Databox, or other KPI/Metric dashboard creation applications.
Other optional software application experience:
BIM360 (not required, but may be helpful)
AutoCAD (not required, but may be helpful)
Creating "interactive dashboards" for reporting project / program status using:

Ideal skilled dashboard creators should be able to do all the following:

Prior work environments (helpful, but not required) :
Prior work in architectural or engineering design consulting firm / business
Working knowledge of architectural, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering
Familiarity with commercial building design & construction industry practices.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related Tableau experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
