Mission-driven non-profit neighborhood community lender and affordable home builder seeks an experienced professional to serve as Executive Administrative Assistant to the President & CEO.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the President preparing correspondence, reports, schedules, and confidential materials. Answer telephones in a professional manner, write concisely and clearly and communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. Maintain President’s calendar, coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements. Implement and maintain filing systems, both paper and digital.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant in a non-profit or corporate environment, or equivalent. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent organizational, interpersonal & communication skills. Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management required, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint, email software, and the internet, required. Able to work weekends and evenings.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + benefits.
