Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Alumni Relations & Constituent Engagement, the Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level project management and administrative support on a wide range of issues, projects, programs and other matters. The incumbent will perform coordination of complex, confidential and sensitive issues of a broad scope related to alumni relations and fundraising programs campus-wide. Informs the Assistant Vice Chancellor of the emerging issues and events that affect University Advancement and provides the AVC with analysis and recommendations on a portfolio of strategic issues. This position will serve in a liaison role, responding with tact and diplomacy for the Assistant Vice Chancellor through verbal and/or written communications. This position coordinates with Alumni Relations and Engagement & Annual Programs staff to compile updates on activity for the Associate Vice Chancellor.
