As a central member of the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions Office (GAO) team and reporting to the Director, Online MBA Admissions, the Digital Communication Manager will have major responsibility for daily management of admissions-related marketing and communications for the BU Questrom Online MBA in a variety of media including email, Questrom web pages, webinars, virtual fairs, and social media, with the goal of generating and sustaining candidate interest in applying to the program. The Digital Communication Manager will create and execute a communications strategy for the Online MBA by developing original content that reinforces key messages, features and positioning of the program, and also share information about relevant MBA initiatives at the School in order to grow applications and enrollments.

BA/BS required in a relevant field with three to five years experience, ideally in a higher education and/or online program setting. Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive communication plans and develop content. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce), email automation software, SEO/SEM, and social media. Experience collaborating with internal and external teams and contributors. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
