Advertised Job Summary:
The Executive Director of Project Management and Service Delivery provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Project Management and the Service Management areas of the DoIT. Responsibilities will include oversight for the implementation of division process and delivery standards, service acquisition, monitoring, and process improvement including IT metrics, product release and documentation management.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and eight years experience in program management/service delivery with at least seven years in a supervisory capacity or equivalency. Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management and technical teams to influence change and facilitate cooperation. Strong project management, analytical, and process skills to track and improve organizational efficiencies and performance.
