Lead, plan, coordinate and document technology solutions development activities of large-scale across diverse core business units. Solve large, highly complex and multi-faceted technical problems.
Drive the Cores Management System technology roadmap with input from business stakeholders, end-users, HMS-IT, HUIT, third-party vendor roadmaps, and industry input.
Define the business and technical requirements for the Cores Management System.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Cores Management System and as an escalation point to resolve and troubleshoot complex issues related to existing systems and data integrations.
Establish IT sprint and release scope, prioritize user stories into sprints and releases. Resolve impediments, address open questions and concerns during sprints, ensure that user acceptance criteria are defined and met prior to production release.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with governance committees and stakeholders, represent the Cores Management System solution across a broad audience. Work across the cores to develop the backlog for upcoming sprints
Advocate for and manage the business value being delivered in each product release.
Advise unit/school to consider the business implications of technology applications and the impact on current and future business environments. Recommend process, practice, or policy changes based on input from stakeholders, comprehension of the subject area, and awareness of current or new system's potential capabilities.
Responsible for business transition management to ensure that systems are understood and adopted by users. Develop training materials and work with change agents and trainers on training approach and delivery
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the technology solutions suite.
Build and deliver business cases for product investments based on new delivery and add-on options from the vendor.
Partner within HMS-IT to ensure that IT policies, procedures and service level agreements are adhered to.
