As Hana continues to rapidly expand & grow, this role is responsible for supporting market research, competitive analysis, deal underwriting, pipeline reporting and real estate analytics as assigned. This role will support lease negotiations and financial review discussions with external real estate partners. There will be exposure and collaboration with Hana senior leadership and the global brokerage team as opportunities are evaluated.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare financial models used to evaluate deal structures for potential transactions.
Collaborate with department leadership and analytics team to facilitate market analytics, demographic studies, new market selection, and reporting such as capital investment/expenditures, depreciation, Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value analysis, profit margins, operating budgets, etc.
Reporting and tracking of deal underwriting, benchmarking and overall pipeline/portfolio analytics
Retrieve and organize data into required reporting formats to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.
Support the Hana team in the analysis of investment opportunities and be the central point of contact for assigned deals related to financial deal underwriting.
Provide support to ensure proper reporting to Corporate Finance and Accounting and coordinate the due diligence and deal execution efforts
Minimum of 0-2 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Real Estate Finance. Advanced graduate degree preferred, but not required.
Background in real estate corporate finance, private equity or investment banking
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
