The Operations Performance Improvement Analyst will establish and manage a program to partner with and support University business and administrative areas in identifying, developing and driving operational efficiencies and alternative revenue sources as a means to fund strategic initiatives. The incumbent will support department management with:
- Maximizing opportunities by ensuring that key stakeholders across the University are connected and engaged with the initiative.
- Providing project management support where necessary.
The incumbent will also support University Leadership with:
- Strategic alignment.
- Prioritization of initiatives.
- Planning and budgeting process alignment, 5-year+ budget impact analyses, and resource allocation.
- Opportunity visibility: providing a clear understanding of the portfolio of opportunities, planned impact, project(s) status, and results.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant progress toward certification, experience in leading innovative operational effectiveness projects, strong communications and data analytics skills are required. Six Sigma certification, change management experience, and an understanding of higher-education cost drivers and business models are desired.
