Responsibilities include preparing offering memorandums/multipage booklets, proposals, presentations and communication materials related to commercial real estate sales. The position prefers advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on InDesign. Will focus on the layout design and print production to produce quality design. The individual will coordinate the integration of design components with photography, text copy, and financial information provided by internal team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Produces graphic design artwork to support team effort using current technology and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) for both print and web
Designs offering memorandums, brochures, advertising, postcards, proposals, and presentations within corporate brand guidelines for both print and web
Can handle multiple projects within clearly defined timelines with quality results
Confers with team members and external clients to discuss and determine design goals and project direction
Works with vendors to manage project timelines and oversee production of in-house and outsourced materials to 3rd party vendors.
Researches, compares and recommends local vendors, including printers, paper suppliers and online services to complete projects
Liaises, delegates, and assigns responsibilities to internal and external design resources
Participates in the brain storming sessions, strategy, and branding meetings for marketing properties
Acts as single point of contact for all design materials coming in from team members, including material related to marketing, research and financial analysis that will be added to layouts
Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. Bachelors of Fine Arts degree preferred.
3 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred.
2 years experience in the Real Estate industry.
Adobe InDesign experience preferred.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
A solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print, web and graphic design principles. Intermediate skills with web design. Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Basic project management, editing and writing skills preferred.
