1)Â With members of the marketing team, collaborate with in-house clients and administrative units to develop print and digital assets aligned with broader School-wide marketing plans and strategic goals. 2)Â With the Director of Marketing and marketing team, work to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across the School, including facilitating training programs for staff members in other units. 3)Â With the Director of Marketing, lead a competitor analysis and brand audit of marketing materials to develop recommendations leading to a revised set of brand guidelines. 4)Â Develop a suite of templates to enable freelancers, student workers, and staff members to develop brand-aligned materials that support School and unit goals. 5)Â Prepare dashboards and reports on design-related work to leadership team as needed, e.g. on brand audit, value proposition, sub-branding efforts, etc. 6)Â Use knowledge of design thinking and principles of design to provide advisement and feedback to marketing team members and other unit staff members on design and design-related project best practices as needed. 7)Â Oversee student workers and interns to execute on graphic design projects that meet the Schoolâ™s standards. 8)Â Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
