Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in Social Work or a closely related field preferred; satisfactory completion of all professional courses required for supervisory and leadership positions.
Minimum Experience: 7 years of supervisory experience in Human Services or similar agency; experience with supervising staff, budget, and project management, as well as with policy development and strategic planning.
