Job Title: Administrative Assistant II, Operations

Reports To: Vice President, Operations
The administrative assistant II of operations provides high-level administrative support to University vice presidents by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. This position also provides training and assistance to department staff.
Produces, analyzes and formats documents and reports, including composition, editing, proofreading, and aggregation of data
Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, catering, and departmental activities
Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls
Greets visitors and determines whether they should be given access to specific individuals
Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.
Bachelor's degree is required
A minimum of two years of related work experience required
