This position will be responsible for the following: * Works directly with Executive Leadership in managing teams through strategic problem solving, solution development, and implementation planning and tracking across a range of strategic issues. * Provide leadership to all strategic planning activities related to service line and enterprise-level projects, including the College of Medicine, facilities planning and projections, ambulatory planning, and certificates of need. * The Strategy Manager is responsible for Analyzing complex issues and conduct quantitative analyses to determine the feasibility of operational and investment decisions including the design and development of business cases and making recommendations for action to clinical and executive leadership. * Plays a key role in recommending clinical outreach activities to clinical and executive leadership based on market trends and data, gaps-in-service, and other competitive opportunities. Determine growth strategy by evaluating current opportunities in the market and identifying potential revenue streams. * This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned Service Lines and their respective chairs and administrators, and will be expected to collaborate with the Senior Strategy Consultant for External Strategy within the office of Enterprise Strategy. * Manages the relationships with external data sources such as Sg2 and Advisory Board (Planning 20/20). This role is responsible for coordinating all enterprise activities and requests with Sg2 and the Advisory Board Company. * Partner with clinical chairs and chiefs, senior and executive leadership, service line administrators, and peers in finance, physician liaisons, outreach, and marketing. * Manage initiatives against plans to deliver tangible results and understand, monitor, and report on key project indicators, including financial and schedule metrics.
Work experience in business development and strategic planning with demonstrated skills in analytics, data modeling, and data base management is required.

A Master's degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, Health Administration, or business related field is preferred. Experience in a complex, matrix and academic medical center environments is preferred.
