Proficiency in the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
At least 2 years of experience in fine dining/hospitality industry.
Basic computer skills and previous experience utilizing business applications.
Basic math skills and ability to perform basic financial tasks. This includes, but is not limited to handling tasks, cash handling, analyzing digital and analog thermometers and other measuring devices.
Must have proficiency with kitchen tools and equipment without restrictions.
Previous supervisory experience.
