What you'll do:
Coordinate online application management, applicant services, and admissions interview activities
Provide technical support for all applicants to HBS MBA programs
Partner on the annual application update process for MBA, 2+2, Peek, SVMP, and other applications hosted by online application vendor, Slate. Provide input on application flow, language and user experience
Oversee operations of the HBS Interview Process; partner with the Evaluation Director within MBA Admissions:
Manage interview infrastructure in Slate (CRM) including complex communications with interviewees, senior HBS administrators and HBS alumni (HBS Alumni Chat program)
Work directly with all MBA Admissions Board members and senior community partners who participate in Evaluation process; help coordinate schedules and availability
Coordinate all on-campus space and logistics for interviews
Serve as point of contact for all off-campus interview locations, both domestic and international
Manage the interviewee sign-up process; provide individualized customer service to the approximately 1800 applicants interviewed each year
On-site operations manager for all On-Campus Interview Days: direct candidates, answer questions, and ensure both Interviewers and Observers are set with their roles and responsibilities
Assist in enrollment management
Fulfill data requests from MBA Admissions staff; create accurate queries of applicant database to ensure the right content is sent to the right group of prospects and applicants
Help with discrete student credential verification process
Coordinate delivery of official admit pack to all admitted students of the MBA Program
Partner on technology and operations projects with other departments of MBA Admissions
Coordinate with MBA IT and HBS IT to prepare Attendify – a smartphone event app – for on-campus marketing events
Support Admissions Marketing communications: set-up mailings, proofread, ensure delivery in a timely manner
Support Admissions Marketing events: create and update event templates, monitor registration
Oversee Class Visit Program: maintain relationships with HBS Professors, craft class visit schedule, monitor class visit registration
Host tours of the HBS campus to prospective students
Customer service/front desk and telephone coverage
Other special projects as assigned
Candidates with less than 5 years experience will be considered for the salary band/grade 53.

5+ years of higher education, student activities/services, events delivery, project management, or related experience.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; communication skills (written and oral), and facility with technology/capability to master new technology skills. Must have a high attention to detail, and multi-tasking/project management capabilities. Experience with admissions management systems (i.e., Technolutions Slate or others) desirable but not required.
