Candidate should bring/possess:
Leadership skills and ability to steward brand initiatives designed to deliver business and brand objectives through the path to purchase (consumer content to in-store execution)
Passion for the brand and for the work of brand marketing
A foundational but growing understanding of the consumer and retailer needs
Ability to collect and synthesize consumer insights into actionable brand implications
Growing ability to develop brand strategy based on key insights
Analytical skills and ability to use with proficiency the basic syndicated data tools
Project management skills, including, but not limited to, budget and timeline management
Strong competencies in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Team Orientation and a desire to win as a team
Function Specific Responsibilities:
Leverage consumer insights, research and syndicated data to evaluate and develop opportunities to grow the business
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of marketing programs and innovation initiatives within defined budgets and specific timelines
Manage agencies in the development of consumer communication content, promotions and programs from brief to execution
Manage brand analytics routines including Monthly Nielsen Business Reviews, annual situation assessment and ad hoc requests
Serve as an ambassador of the Minute Maid Business Unit, both within and outside the company
Education: Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree preferred – 2 or more years of experience in a brand management role required as commiserate work experience
Related Work Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a brand management or related experience preferred
