PROGRAM COORDINATOR, MICROMASTERS PROGRAM IN FINANCE , Sloan School of Management , to perform complex and diverse marketing, communications, and customer interaction duties for the MicroMasters (MM) Program in Finance. Will identify, write, proofread, and edit copy for website, email campaigns, and social media channels; write content and design presentation materials for meetings; organize and participate in marketing events for the MicroMasters Program; develop and maintain FAQs; collaborate with the ODL (Office of Digital Learning) marketing team on program launch and subsequent marketing events; conduct competitive research of other online finance programs and monitor competitor activity; curate content for and write and issue quarterly newsletters to learner community; build and serve online community of learners; maintain and report metrics regarding learners and outcomes; provide administrative support to the MM team (e.g., makes purchases, books rooms, etc.); and work with the assistant dean to maintain budget.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree in marketing, planning, administration, education, or related area; a minimum of one year of experience in project management and/or marketing; high-level proficiency using spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications; excellent written communication and customer service skills; ability to build strong working relationships with teammates, staff, and business partners; strong task management skills; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities; experience developing and maintaining operating budgets; ability to exercise independent decision-making and judgement; and the flexibility necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing platform/environment. PREFERRED : marketing and communication experience, experience with online education, and knowledge of the finance industry.
