General Overview Support the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Affairs and Educator Preparation with day-to-day functions associated with the university-wide educator prepation program (EPP); nurture relationships with internal and external partners across PK-16 institutions, the UNC-SO; directly supervise 4 EHRA-NT employees in Partnership East; facilitate undergraduate and licensure program curricula processing for the EPP; plan and lead projects in enrollment management such as innovations in recruitment, preparation, and retention; develop and maintain analytics for required reporting and program improvement; assist with marketing, communication and social media outlet content for the EPP; and any other duties assigned by the Dean or Assistant Dean of UG Affairs and Educator Preparation.
Work in this position will focus on these key functions: Administration, Curriculum, and Data Analytics and Enrollment Management
Act on the Assistant Dean's behalf in meetings, at events, etc.
Staff subcommittees of Council for Educator Preparation
Serve as a resource for EPP faculty during the undergraduate curriculum process
Monitor all UG and licensure related curricula proposals in online university curricula platform
Ensure alignment between policies, procedures, print media and catalogue(s) regarding curriculum
Data Analytics and Enrollment Management
Lead the Office of Educator Preparation Recruitment team
Serve as a liaison to the campus Office of UG Admissions, IPAR, NCCCS, UNC-SO
Coordinate college-level recruitment focused on Career and College Promise, dual enrollment, etc.
Collect and maintain EPP related data as required by UNC-SO, NCSDPI, SBE, NCGA, and Federal government
Serve as the Office of Educator Preparation liaison for CAEP accreditation and NC Program Approval data and reporting
Analyze, identify trends, present and disseminate educator preparation data on semester and/or yearly timelines
Instate travel will be required in this position.

Required Master’s degree in education related area.
