Provide Project Management oversight to the Procurement and Expenses workstream; manage France P&E delivery to agreed milestones.
Develop and maintain plans for resolution of each in-scope item – including identification of resources and management of them. In most cases, the plans for all items will need to run concurrently.
The role holder will be expected to ensure any changes implemented are carried out in line with relevant processes and standards, including mandated Global Template deliverables with the appropriate sign offs, with full buy-in of affected parties.
Identifies improvements and manages consolidation of business requirements.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress to plan.
Support and implement Global Procurement Design alignment, understand and challenge any changes to global procurement design to ensure change is for regulatory/tax reasons only
Deliver and drive the plan associated with the scope required to the Procurement and Expenses workstream.
Work with the wider programme team and workstream to own and actively manage the resolution of P&E risks, issues and dependencies identified.
Drives communications and coordination of cross-team working.
Act as a Point of Contact (POC) for the Fusion P&E workstream team to review design.
Provide support to ensure Business Readiness for Procurement and Buyer readiness as well as Senior Procurement stakeholders
Facilitate activity relating bringing suppliers onto the Supplier Network, providing communications, and engagement touch points.
Where required, support the Supplier Network service and professional service delivery team to ensure successful deployment globally and transition ownership to the business.
Act as a POC for data migration.
Desired skillset & qualifications:
Experience working with Oracle Fusion P2P modules (or other Financial/ERP systems)
Fluency in French and English
Excellent track record of managing projects, in a complex environment, ideally in a large organization spanning many countries and jurisdictions with multiple delivery partners
Experience conducting workshops
Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data
Creative approach to problem solving and outcome-focused approach
Experience of working with and managing software Integrators
Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
Ability and willingness to get involved in the Analysis activities and documentation.
Preferably experience of working with Supplier Network, ideally Tradeshift
Experience of building relationships with technology and design teams
The ability to work with a diverse and geographically dispersed business teams
Relevant project management qualification preferred e.g. PRINCE2, PMP
