About the Job:
The primary role of the Marketing Manager, Executive Education, is to support the Senior Marketing Director in the development and execution of digital marketing and communications plans and projects targeted to Kellogg Exec Ed’s prospective students. The goal of this position is to enhance the reputation and enrollment of Executive Education programs, which include campus-based and a growing portfolio of online program offerings.
Develops strategies and executes marketing and communications plans primarily for paid digital channels including paid search, display advertising, paid social and LinkedIn.
Manages the marketing relationships and execution of key business partners and stakeholders including a digital marketing agency and online program partners (OPM’s) to align marketing efforts to business goals.
Leads cross-functional teams and agencies to develop marketing assets and content across a range of media.
Analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and tactics and provide recommendations for optimizations.
Leads and executes key strategic analyses including market research and competitive benchmarking.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's degree.
5+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience (digital/social media, marketing, communications).

Preferred Qualifications: (Education and experience)
Experience with marketing for higher education or other student-based institutions.
Marketing-related experience in CRM-oriented businesses.
Experience at or working closely with digital marketing agencies.
Preferred Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)
Proficient in working with tools/data related to digital campaign management including LinkedIn, Google Adwords, and Facebook.
