We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Jade and Top Tier Proposition Manager.
Working with Group and Regional and Country stakeholders to grow the HSBC Jade franchise and Premier Top Tier portfolio, enhance customer experience and deepen client relationships.
Undertake customer, market analysis and insights to identify proposition development opportunities, including product accessibility, channel and service optimization or technology and digital adoption.
Drive close collaboration with key markets to embed the proposition and expand client growth and asset growth for HSBC. And, to ensure smooth implementation of all propositional changes, to include products, services, insights, systems and technologies.
Own proposition goals with P&L accountability, manages group initiatives and campaigns, and ensures all customer solutions and offers add value to the customers, are competitive in the market place and align with the Group strategy.
Collaborate with a wide spectrum of internal teams including channel, products, finance, analytic, risks, marketing and partnership and manage third party vendors and partners including marketing and PR agencies and lifestyle partners drive proposition design and ensure smooth delivery of proposition features and client benefits.
Support implementation of governance structures, functional policies and standards. And, responsible for operating within agreed Service Level Agreements with stakeholders in the design, implementation and remediation of activity. Stakeholders are primarily internal, but may also include regulatory, market, and customer requirements.
University degree qualified, preferably in business administration or finance discipline.
Experience in wealth management, product and proposition development and strategy consulting with exposure to strategy development, proposition formation, product development, commercial management across specific financial product categories and customer segments.
Experience delivering new wealth management products and solutions and proposition features relevant to the High Net Worth segment to the market and delivering commercial results and customer outcome in line with plan.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead and support the integration between stakeholders across the matrix, geographic and business or functional aspects.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, understand product and product economics and experience in organizational and project managements.
Knowledge of retail banking and wealth management business drivers, sales and financial planning process, or products and solutions. And understanding of customer and industry insights, culture and ethnicity of the local high net worth segment preferred.
Able to influence, engage and lead in a positive, inspiring manner.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
