Leads the delivery of strategic technology change programmes/projects which align the requirements of the business and the corporate functions. You will lead the implementation and integration of new business systems and business processes across multiple disciplines to support the growth and execution of key business bets across the UK & Continental Europe.
Develops and maintains project plans, identifying resource requirement, and managing schedules; collaborating effectively across teams to define goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.
Provides leadership for the teams engaged in meeting programme goals and objectives, recognising that not all resources will be directly reporting to the project structure (i.e. matrix management) by providing direction and control through robust planning, prioritisation and communication.
Ensures programmes adheres to budget and customer, contractual, commercial and financial policies/processes. Adopts a continuous improvement culture to ensuring process and methodology maximise effectiveness and implementation.
Communicates technical concepts, software services and manages trade-offs, identifying, assessing and mitigating risks.
