The Annual Giving team is seeking an analytical, hard-working, and highly motivated Development Coordinator. Working under the Associate Director, the Coordinator will provide strategic support to the annual giving and special programs team through efforts related to fundraising, stewardship and project management.
Support the production of fundraising campaigns and special events that serve patient and donor audiences.
Work with the team to achieve solicitation (up to $100K) and stewardship goals.
Maintain excellent records of fundraiser and donor information within the database.
Provide outstanding customer service to MSK constituents and donors.
Support the Annual Giving Team with strategic administrative projects, including but not limited to: conducting data clean-ups, reporting revenue metrics, and planning and executing stewardship event logistics.
Work closely with Associate Director and Senior Annual Giving Officers to support VIP donors, including but not limited to preparing research updates, tracking giving, and orchestrating donor meetings.

Bachelors degree preferred plus 2-4 years of experience. In lieu of bachelors degree, 4 years relevant experience can be accepted.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with superior skills in excel.
Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
