Position Summary: Contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of the Transcript Evaluation Service (TES) to subscriber high schools. Work with the TES Program Manager and the TES Information Technology Services team to troubleshoot and problem-solve data-related issues and to support the technological enhancements and functional evolution of TES.

Job Close Date:
Review TES partner district data files for accuracy and provide feedback and support to partner districts to resolve errors and interpret their outcome data. Ensure the timely processing of school data files and efficient management of the TES project management queue. Assist TES partner districts with alignment of SIS transcript data to the UC's Course Management Portal (CMP), the statewide database of all A-G approved high school courses.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years' experience working with and analyzing complex data and file formats.
Mastery of Excel, including the ability to create look up tables, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to effectively and clearly communicate complex information in writing.
Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of the UC/CSU minimum freshman eligibility requirements and the A-G course requirements. Required
Familiarity with a variety of K-12 student information systems (SIS) like PowerSchool, Aeries, Illuminate, etc.
Experience working with K-12 education data sets highly desirable. Preferred
