The position is at the rank of Lecturer beginning spring 2020 or Fall 2020. A combination of experience in marketing and sales leadership with specific expertise in modern marketing techniques such as digital/social marketing, digital selling and customer experience management (including CRM) would be useful. Familiarity and ability to educate students regarding additional tools, platforms and tactics such as content marketing, call generation and email best practices to generate top of sales funnel activity will be beneficial. Past experience leading, designing, and delivering sales training will also be valuable.
The primary responsibility of the position will be teaching courses focused on marketing and sales. In addition, the hire will be expected to be comfortable and competent working with business organizations to possibly integrate real-world experiential learning experiences into the classroom. The standard teaching load for lecturers is seven course sections per academic year.

Appointment to the rank of Lecturer requires a Master's degree or its equivalent and significant industry experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Business Development. In exceptional cases of substantial relevant corporate experience, we may consider an applicant with a Bachelor's degree.
