Division: Finance & Business Management, Corporate & Investment Bank
The Business Change Management function (part of the broader Business Support Management team ) is tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities in support of Corporate & Investment Bank lines-of-business and functions. Typically each team-member acts as a liaison between Business Management, Business Control Office, individuals within a specific business or function and business-aligned, Corporate or third-party technology and other support providers. As business connectivity is essential in this role, team-members are aligned and co-located with the business or function they are assigned to support.
Act as Business Liaison & ensure BCM service delivery
Provide dedicated BCM support for LoB, acting as business liaison for Business Managers, Business Control Office, Technology, Operations and Front Office teams to ensure effective delivery and appropriate controls in place
Act as a gatekeeper, centrally coordinating change management activity in partnership with technology stakeholders in ensuring the highest level of service from all disciplines on behalf of supported lines of business
Provide support in the execution of CIB London ex DPS change projects
Through developing SME knowledge on all BCM systems, provide technical guidance as required
Liaison between the Line of Business (LOB) and Offshore Hub
Coordinate on/off boarding, transfer process with Offshore Hub
Mediate ad hoc tech requests via LOB & Hub
Analysis of requests feasible for Hub based on time sensitivity and practicality
Deliver Onshore tasks such as
Market Data Services
Audit and Control Processes
Oversight of all CIB London ex DPS post mortem checks, transfers, door access, reconciliation and status changes
Work in association with Business Management and the Business Control Office in implementing controls across Markets and Banking, as well as CIB Risk and CIB F&BM
Shared Drive audits
Fulfill the role of Business Resiliency Coordinator for respective business group
Work in association with the business management and business control team to ensure all business continuity requirements are met
Successfully coordinate the Primary and Secondary testing for your respective business groups
Maintain the resiliency plans within RDMS
Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to deliver on time sensitive real estate projects
Responsible for organizing moves within the LOB, liaising with CIB Real Estate and submitting appropriate move details
Work on Floor planning strategy, headcount forecast, maintenance and moves and changes
Technology strategy and implementation, including
Cost reporting including
Tech Hardware cost reporting
Ongoing Offshore strategy
Integration of new BCM coverage areas and incorporate processes into the Hub.
Analysis of workload to understand areas available for off shoring, as well as any new processes or work that could be available to the Hub .
Self-starter, independent worker with strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services industry
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
Strong Business Analysis skills
Strong technical knowledge and ability
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable interacting with cross-LOB partners
Excellent Project Management skills
Strong focus on delivery and results oriented
Ability to streamline and improve work processes.
Ability to matrix manage employees across a range of lines of business to accomplish specific projects.
