The E-Discovery Services & Strategy Senior Analyst (ESS Senior Analyst) provides technical litigation support to ESS Project Managers, ESS Senior Discovery Consultants, and ESS Senior Discovery Attorneys, attorneys, paralegals, and clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Track, store, and organize client data in accordance with proper chain of custody protocols.
Consult with ESS colleagues to establish workflows that support efficient document reviews.
Design, create, and build electronic litigation and due diligence databases for legal team document review and production.
Design and create document productions using Relativity, Concordance/Concordance
Process native files and other electronic data in LAW, eCapture, Relativity or other processing tools, as necessary. Perform data loads into all of the firm’s e-discovery technology solutions, including, but not limited to, Relativity, Concordance, Concordance Image, LiveNote with SQL, CaseMap and TimeMap.
Train, support, and assist legal teams with the best practice use of all of the firm’s ediscovery technology solutions.
Coordinate with, and manage, outside service providers and e-discovery vendors, when appropriate.
Maintain positive contact with clients and observe confidentiality of client matters at all times.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide client support after business hours and on the weekend as directed by the ESS Technical & Trial Services Manager.
Specific Skills Required:
Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet short deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills. Technical expertise in the creation, organization, and maintenance of litigation support databases. Manage fullcycle electronic case data from inception to trial. Ability to analyze a problem quickly and to propose out of the box solutions. Work as part of a team of analysts responsible for working with attorneys and paralegals to manage, track, process, review, and produce discovery data. Strong customer service skills. Solid technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Fluent in standard MS Office applications and the ability to quickly master new litigation software. Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
Education & Experience:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 6 to 8 years of related database experience. Requires expertise in litigation support software, including, but not limited to, Relativity (including Relativity processing), eCapture, Concordance, Concordance Image, LiveNote with SQL and CaseMap. Experience with LAW, preferred. Requires paralegal experience and/or a demonstrated knowledge of the discovery process and e-discovery concepts and principles.
