Join Northern Trusts Wealth Management Service Excellences new team dedicated to partner (i.e., employee) training and change management for key Wealth Management-wide platforms and programs.
This team will support core digital platforms used by our partners and clients, as well as service standards and processes which are fundamental to delivering excellence in service to clients and partners. These include:
Partner Workstation (Salesforce) Wealth Managements front and mid-office sales and service platform
Service Excellence Practices and standards for service delivery across Wealth Management
Partner Onboarding Resources and training to effectively transition new hires to Wealth Management
Members of this team will be responsible for training and change management strategy and execution, collaborating with teams across Wealth Management and the company.
We are looking for experienced individuals that consult and execute owning their strategy and seeing it through resulting in:
Partner engagement, satisfaction and retention
Delivery of consistent Service Excellence
New Wealth Management partners being able to quickly deliver a consistent, excellent client experience
The team will be comprised of the following:
Senior Consultant, Training
Senior Consultant, Change Management
The Senior Consultant, Change Management develops and executes solutions to ensure organizational readiness, acceptance and adoption of initiatives and ongoing programs.
Previous development of effective change management and communication strategies for large scale initiatives or programs with measurable outcomes
Proven ability to consult independently and collaborate with and influence all levels of the organizations, particularly senior leaders
Technical expertise with in-depth Change Management knowledge and experience
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish building in benchmarks and status updates
Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation and motivational skills
Highly flexible, adaptable to change and familiarity with a start-up environment
Strong analytical ability
Relentless attention to detail; high standards and the ability to produce clean error free work
Related industry qualification is preferred
Working knowledge of PROSCI Methodology preferred
College and university degree and 6+ years relevant experience
